Brian McGee - Big City Entertainment

Big City Entertainment, Inc. is pleased to announce one of it’s latest additions to the creative team, powerhouse artist, Brian McGee! I met Brian a few years ago during his tenure at Cartoon Network and we became close friends where we would discuss various art techniques, concept art, etc.  Who would have thought we’d be discussing . . . the rebirth of the Brotherman comic series! It was like a dream to me to know that a brotha of this artistic caliber would like to join forces! It’s on!

Brian has the insight, skills and know-how to assist in pushing the Brotherman concept into the new realm of entertainment that the original company, Big City Comics had envisioned years ago. Brian has joined the Big City Entertainment team and has been assisting myself and my brother, Guy A. Sims on the revamping of the original characters. Brian McGee will be taking the helm on the all new Brotherman – Revelation graphic novel as the official colorist. His skill set does not end there because he has been a great help on assisting with concept art and layout design which every good production team needs. So far we are pleased with the direction of the graphic novel and it is a great feeling to be able to get the skilled assistance needed to bring this project to fruition!

Brian hails form “Money Makin’” Manhattan, NYC and has an extensive portfolio career that boasts experiences with major motion pictures, animation houses and top notch illustration projects. Look for some collaborative work by myself (Dawud Anyabwile) and Brian McGee at the Brotherman Comics Art Exhibition in Atlanta!

Also, if you are in Atlanta on August first for the art show meet Brian McGee LIVE for our panel discussion segment!
